Ann M. Fricke is director of operations for Dakkota Integrated Systems.
Fricke, who joined the Dakkota team in 2011, is responsible for managing operational activity at Dakkota Chicago full chassis and overhead systems operations in South Chicago, Dakkota Lansing instrument panel, chassis, console, overhead and sequencing centers, Dakkota Sterling Heights coil over shock assembly facility and Dakkota Windsor instrument panel facility. Prior to her role in operations, Fricke was responsible for all facets of quality including strategy and systems development and improvement, advanced and new model launch quality, current quality and customer satisfaction, business systems, all customer required certifications, and supplier quality management.
Her 20-year background in automotive and manufacturing environments with expertise in Class A surface inspection and management, consistent and documented improvement in customer and audit performance, metric monitoring systems and overall performance, and streamlined business system management enhance her strong focus on customer service and operational performance.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial psychology from Michigan State University, along with a master’s degree in business with an emphasis in strategic management from Davenport University.
