Roslyn Wallace is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Dakkota Integrated Systems where she provides strategic direction and creates a culture of success to advance and drive business goals and performance.
A highly experienced HR professional, her career spans more than 30 in leadership roles in automotive, education, and business services. Her specialties include labor and employee relations, talent and performance management, financial impact, benchmarking solutions, and legal compliance.
Prior to her role at Dakkota, she was director of corporate HR at Detroit Manufacturing Systems; senior human resources manager at ARAMARK Education; employee relations manager at Coca-Cola Bottling; and labor relations manager at Detroit Chassis. She also had her own consultancy where she coached and counseled executive leadership on HR and employee/labor relations.
At Dakkota, she is responsible for employee and labor relations, performance management and development, talent acquisition, legal compliance, health, safety and environmental policies, and programs for all company facilities in the U.S. and Canada.
Roslyn holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northwood University and master’s degree in business management and human resources management from University of Phoenix. She is certified as a human capital strategist.
