Great Ideas

The Great Ideas program was formed in 2011 as a bonus incentive to employees whose ingenuity results into an annual minimum of $1,000 or more in savings for Dakkota. Team employees submit Great Ideas, which undergo a committee review process. Together, the team ensures the implementation of the “idea” and sees the idea through to completion. 25 percent of the savings created by the team will be matched by the company, and donated to a charity of the team’s choosing.
