Chris Lilly is Director of Operations and Continuous Improvement. Since joining Dakkota nine years ago as a production supervisor, he has moved up through the organization and developed a keen sense of how to motivate teams and individuals in continuous improvement. He has been plant manager of three plants and also has extensive experience in operations management.

Along the way, he has earned a Lifetime Achievement Award for Great ideas, is a three-time winner of our Perseverance Award, and seven-time Arrow Award winner.
