Gary Caldwell is Chief Financial Officer of Dakkota Integrated Systems.

Gary, who previously served as Dakkota’s Corporate Controller, is responsible for all monetary and fiscal functional areas, including finance, accounting and information technology. As a member of the executive management team, he assists in determining the company’s overall strategic direction in partnership with the COO and oversees all financial performance metrics, annual business planning and forecast modeling. He also is responsible for all audit/tax communications, cash flow and customer receivables.

The Detroit native, an acquisitions and software implementation expert, has 25 years of accounting experience. Before joining Dakkota, he held Finance, Operations and Material Management posts at Android Industries and LDM Technologies.

Gary holds a BBA in accounting from Western Michigan University.
