Nick Hammond is our Director of New Business Development . His responsibilities include leadership of the New Business Development team and Diversity Team along with customer relationship development and identification of new opportunities in automotive and non-automotive markets.

Nick is an 18-year veteran of the automotive industry with experience in injection molding, information technology, launch and plant management. He Joined Dakkota in 2006, working as IT Manager and Launch Manager in Louisville, KY, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of MES systems supporting two modular assembly sites and launching brownfield sequencing sites and greenfield bumper and grille assembly plant. Prior to his current role, Nick worked as the Plant Manager supporting four assembly and sequencing sites at Dakkota’s Louisville, KY campus.

He is a graduate of Western Governors University with an MBA AND Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
