Suzanne Hicks

Suzanne M Hicks is the Vice president of Human Resources at Dakkota Integrated Systems. She is a highly accomplished human resources leader with a proven track record of effectively aligning HR programs and policies with business objectives. With over 20 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, Suzanne has consistently delivered results and successfully navigated periods of economic challenges through talent management, culture change, and organization development.

In her most recent role as Senior Director of Human Resources at Toyoda Gosei, North America, a global automotive supplier, Suzanne provided strategic direction and oversaw HR operations across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. She led comprehensive HR strategies, aligning employees with the company’s culture, mission, and vision. Her responsibilities encompassed executive coaching, talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, culture development, change management, and people development.

Prior to her tenure at Toyoda Gosei, Suzanne served as the Director of Human Resources at Auria Solutions, Inc., where she led workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement efforts across multiple countries. She played a key role in designing and implementing succession planning and talent development programs, enhancing performance review processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Suzanne holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University.
