PROCESS
design
We have a program management team that handles process design. We develop the process, the equipment, and the tooling, as well as use our understanding of the assembly process and labor standards to develop the headcount required to run the operation.

COMPLEX
assembly
We don’t want to be boastful, but we don’t think there’s another industry that matches what we do in automotive. In terms of the volume of parts and the lean timeline from our build to integration into a vehicle, this is probably the most challenging assembly opportunity that’s out there.
From a system, expertise, talent, customer relationship and plant management standpoint, we have to get what we assemble out the door. There is no opportunity to stop, take a week and revamp the process. The components we assemble have to continuously go to the OEM’s manufacturing line.
